He was predeceased by: his mother Paula Villarreal. He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Perez; and his children, Jesse Villarreal (Cristina) of Dublin, OH, Jamie Villarreal (Nicole) of Defiance, OH, Javier Villarreal (Kimberly) of Sherwood, OH, Trina Zapari (Fernando) of Fort Wayne, IN and Letinnia Vega (Daniel) of Westmoreland, TN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
