He is survived by: his wife Linda Urban (Sly); his children, John Urban, Joseph Urban and Julianna Urban-Spain; his adoptive son Nathan Weaver; his sister Julie Urban; his brother-in-law Donald Davison; and his cousin Louis Novotny (Tom).
