He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shook and Eva Narusch. He is survived by: his wife Penny Ann Loze; his daughters, Kassandra Scott (David), Amanda Morrison and Rebecca Haramis (Matthew); his grandchildren, Logan, Ethan and MacKenzie; and his siblings, Bill Shook (Pat), Donna Kunselman, Debbie Shook, Jeff Stahl (Pam) and Victor Stahl (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to be made out to the family to assist with defraying the final expenses.
