He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Fisher and Emma Fisher (Wengerd); his wife Wilma Fisher (Yutzy); and his son Mervin. He is survived by: his children, Ervin Fisher (Emma), Barbara Coblentz (David), Ruth Anne Byler (Wallace), Noah Fisher (Laura), Edna Miller (Robert), Malinda Miller (John), Neal Fisher Jr. (Ruth), Wilma Byler (Raymond), Harvey Fisher (Becky Ann) and Emma Detweiler (David). He is also survived by 91 grandchildren; 103 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
