He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Holtzman and Martha "Bud" Holtzman (Blakeslee); his brother Blake Holtzman; his parents-in-law, John "Bud" and Alberta Henry; his brother-in-law Bill McQuade; and his daughter-in-law Rhonda Holtzman.
He is survived by: his wife Diana K. Henry; his children, Scott Holtzman (Robyn) of Carlton, PA, Paula Bickel (Calvin) of Cranberry, PA and Melissa Boreman (Terry) of Hickory Grove, SC; his granddaughters, Tara Miller and Chelsea Westbrook (Jared); his stepgrandchildren, Derek Boreman (Melissa), Jamey Boreman (Kara), Jason Gilliland, Stacey Parker (John), Kevin Robinson (Appy), Kyle Robinson and Kaleb Ohmer (Kara); his great grandchild Jamie Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Henry (Kathy) and Sue McQuade. He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
