He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Patton and Betty Rauch Patton; his wife Patricia Hudgins Patton; and his sister Cynthia Patton Jahn. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Ker (Jeffrey) of Brentwood, TN and Molly Marsh (Michael) of Auburn Twp.
