He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Hubbs-Shapiro (Bluhm); his children, Erin Hubbs of New York, Ryan Hubbs of West Virginia, Tania Carbajal (Enrique) of California, Jessica Santiago (Nick) of Florida and Tiffany Lawler (Tony) of Connecticut; and his sister Sue Arel of Connecticut. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; and seven brothers-in-law.
