He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin and Dorothy McDonald; and his siblings, Sherry Dean, Betty King, Frank, Chuck and James Martin (Gigi).
He is survived by: his wife Bonita Martin (Dovidio); his sons, Mark Martin and Matthew Martin, Jr.; and his brother Rick Martin (Nona).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Rossi Family Funeral Home, Inc. (730 30th St NW, Canton, OH 44709). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
