He was predeceased by: his parents, Evin E. Hawkins and Lula M. Hawkins (Norris); his wife Judy K. Hawkins; and his sister Joan Gilcrest. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Feist (David) and Jerry Hawkins II; and his grandchildren, Erik Hogan, Amanda Mazzocco and Ashley Hawkins. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 concerns, his family has chosen to hold a private Celebration of his Life.
Memorial donations in Jerry's name would be appreciated and can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
