With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Jean Kushner of Paris, Ohio, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on December 20, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Puhak and Mary Puhak; her husband Frank Kushner Jr.; and her brothers, Mark and Bill Puhak.
She is survived by: her children, Laura St-Pierre (Mark) and Richard Kushner (Stephanie); her siblings, Maryann Green (Ivan), Pat and Kenny Puhak; and her grandchildren, Lydia, Reed and Rhettly.
