It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Theodore Watts of Paris, Ohio, born in Richwood, West Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Veva Watts Sr. (Moore); his wife Dolores Watts (Preising); and his children, Jean Watts, Charles and Thomas Watts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Marnie Boord (Charles) of Paris and Gayle Ann Zernechel (Ted) of Sylvania; and his brother Zeno Watts of Rittman. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 29 great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Homeworth.
