He is survived by: his spouse Lois Simpson Baxter; his children, Deborah Baxter of Green Bay, Connie Boice of Bradner, Barbara Sumbry of Cincinnati and Donald Baxter (Debbie) of Napoleon, Michigan; his grandchildren, Ryan Baxter, Brittany Baxter, Cameron Boice, Cari Whitaker (Alex), Robert Sumbry Jr. and Vernell Sumbry; his great grandchild Chris Wilder; and his brother Glen Kidd (Susan) of Meadville, Pennsylvania.
