He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt L. Durham, and Dorothy Durham, Sr. (Alcorn); and his sister Bonnie Gatton. He is survived by: his children, Logan Durham of Louisville, Molly Burks of Louisville and Zach Rushing (Liandrin) of Ada; his grandson Waylon Rushing; his partner Carie Rowe; and his siblings, Albert Durham, Hugh Hill, Brenda Jeffries and Sherry Reiber (John).
