He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mae Basinger (Geiger); his children, Cindy Luginbill (Tim), Deb Howell and Todd Basinger (Kim); his sisters, Jo Ann, Betty, Colleen, Connie Sutherland (Robert) and Judy Stall (Mark); his grandchildren, Keri Hixon (Tony), Megan Reichenbach (Kyle), Deric Luginbill (Brianne), Tara Cherry (Dana), Summer Thomas (Christopher), Lacy Moore (Josh), Noah Howell-Winkelman (T. J.), Michael Howell, Jackson Howell and Anna McKinley (Matt); his great grandchildren, Don, Eliana, Kya, Everett Hixon, Graham, Lucy, Ruby, Simon Reichenbach, Ariana, Sawyer Bowling, Selah, Hope, Roman, Gracey Luginbill, Beatrice, Veida Howell, Layla, Jovi, Crosby, Bodie Thomas, Josh Moore (Baylee), Dalton, Landen, Denver Moore, Tavian Tousley, Nadika, Isla, Kyrie, Rylen, Zayden Howell, Violet and Myra McKinley; and his great great grandchildren, Esther and Callum Moore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
