He is survived by: his wife Marty Amstutz; his mother Mary Amstutz of Bluffton; his children, Allison Schwab (Ron) of Pandora, Seth Amstutz (Bethany) of Bluffton and Amy Zuercher (Adam) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Cole Schwab, Taylor Schwab, Avery Zuercher, Nyla Zuercher, Wyatt Amstutz, Jax Zuercher, Bo Amstutz, Nash Amstutz and August Amstutz; his brothers, Jim Amstutz (Lorraine) of Akron, Steve Amstutz (Jana) of Pandora and Pete Amstutz (Portia) of Goshen, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Schmeig, Jane Shank, Mary Luginbill (Dean), Art Shank (Kathy), Virginia Sommers, Tim Shank (Patti) and Elizabeth Ellis (Glenn).
