She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Judy and Mabel Judy (Hoffman); her husband Phillip Manuel; and her brothers, Virgil "Jiggs" Judy and Eugene "Spike" Judy.

She is survived by: her children, Philip K., Shay Manuel of Stafford, Kathy Penfield, David Penfield of Englewood, Kristy Hunn and David Hunn of Union; and her grandchildren, Cortney Ravert, Megan Manuel, Alyssa Manuel, Jon Penfield, Janna Penfield and Sean Hunn.
