He was predeceased by: his father Thomas H. Melvin; and his grandson Dallas Delo. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Cunning Mattes (Robert) of East Palestine; his wife Bridgett Melvin (White); his children, Conner, Emerson and Colton Melvin; his stepchildren, Meagan Barker of Wheeling, WV and Wayne Hetrick; his grandchildren, Daisey, Jayden, Delainee, Marvin and Delilah; and his brother Jason E. Melvin (Jessica) of Conway, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
