She was predeceased by: her parent Helen Bender (Vanta); her husband George Francis Cook; her daughter Mary Beth van Berkum; her father Eugene Bender; and her brother Norman Bender.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Cook (Ludovica) and Cynthia Dunne (Robert); her son-in-law Timothy van Berkum; her grandchildren, David Cook (Cara), Jeffrey Cook (Kate) and Steven Dunne (Jenna); and her great grandchildren, Francesca, Teresa, David, Rose, Gabriel, Graham and Maggie.
