He was predeceased by: his father John; his former wife Sarah; his sons, Terry and Walter; and his siblings, Laivona Walker and Mary Louise Heinzman.

He is survived by: his sons, Roger (Kathleen) of Newark, OH, Lynn (Kim) of Painesville and Curtis (Jenny) of Willowick. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
