She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Missy Hulett (Rob), Susan Clougherty (Shane), Mike Lawson (Mandy) and Buddy Clark (Haley); her stepsons, Gary Clark (Becky) and Joe Clark; her grandchildren, Carissa, Devin, Jordan, Makayla, Hannah, Connor, Gabe, Brady, Ally, Chaz and Carly; her great grandchildren, Landon, JoJo, Jax, Julian, Vinny (Sweet Boy), Kendra and Liam; her daughter-in-law Tawnya Johnson; her siblings, Angel Sandor, Mary Waltz (Bob), Patty Moore, Linda McAtee (Tom), Frank Leonard (Chris) and Shane Leonard (Heather); her son Jerry Johnson; and her siblings, Butch, Guy, Johnny, Ronnie and Donna Phillips.
