She was predeceased by: her father Robert J. Stack. She is survived by: her mother Florence A. Stack (Greene); her husband Richard E. Whitehead Jr. of Willoughby; her stepdaughter Jennifer Yusenko (Oleg); her parents-in-law, Helen Whitehead and Richard Whitehead; her siblings, Joanne Oyen (Derek), Robert Stack and Thomas Stack; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Iannetta (Steve) and John Lawson; her grandchildren, Julie, Alina, Alisa, Natalie, Jenna, Julian and Nina; her great grandchild Maddie; and her nieces and nephews, Keira Oyen, Lauren Iannetta, Kealohi Oyamot, Kilinahe Oyamot, Hiwa Oyamot, Eric Oyen, Nicholas Iannetta and Noa Oyamot.
