He is survived by: his parents, Robert and Sandra; his wife Patricia; his children, Lucas Samynek, Ashley Gonzales (Lisa) and Brittany Durra; and his siblings, Barbara Ames (Donald), Elizabeth Burnett (Thomas) and Robert Samynek (Gabriela). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
