He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Haworth and Sally Haworth (O'Keefe); and his brothers, Robert and Michael Haworth. He is survived by: his wife Jaclyn Haworth (Augustine); his son Patrick (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ian, Sara and Julia; his brother Gordon Haworth of Florida; and his pet Tink.
