He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Vladyka and Mary Vladyka (Vodicka); and his brother Albert Vladyka. He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Vladyka (Fries); his children, Douglas Vladyka (Kim) and Debra (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Candice, Elliott, Adam, Anthony, Kaitlyn, Christopher, Lauren and Angela.
