He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Costello, (Boggs) and Donald Costello, Sr.; his children, Timothy Costello, Kathleen Askew and Thomas (Costello); his siblings, Donald Costello, Jr., Gene Costello, Carol Tersigni, Betty Cosmillo and Jackie Costello; and his stepmother Melissa Costello.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Costello Jr., Kevin Costello (Cindy Summers), Joseph Costello (Tiffany Peoples), James Costello (Sherry), Patrick Costello, Donald Costello (Tonya) and John Costello; his siblings, Tom Costello (Cathy) and Sheila Costello; and his children, Laura (Bob) and Bill. He is also survived by 25 grand children; 22 great grand children; 6 great great grand children.
