He was predeceased by: his parents, John Libby and Viola Libby (Wells); his wife Marjorie; his daughter Carole Wheeler; and his son-in-law Gary Wheeler.
He is survived by: his children, Debbi Libby of Painesville, Susan Davis (Rick) of Vienna, OH, Richard Libby, Jr. (Char) of Youngsville, NC and Kenneth Libby (Sandy) of Lehigh Acres, FL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
