He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Clack (Bomgardner) and Raymond Clack. He is survived by: his wife Adeline Clack (Hritz); his children, Stephanie Clack (Nick Villani) and Peter Clack of Painesville; and his siblings, Theresa Fagin (Glenn), Raymond and Christine.
