She is survived by: her husband Eugene "Jack" Bosworth; her children, Kevin Bosworth of Painesville, Kelly Reed (Mike) of Painesville and Jacque Sparent (Bob) of Painesville; her nephew David Trexler (Chikako) of Hawaii; her grandchildren, Chad Reed, Robert, Jack, Abbi Sparent and Tyson Trexler; her siblings, Eddie Blankenship (Sharon) and Sheila Cunningham (Winn); and her sister-in-law Barbara Blankenship.
