With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy Welch of Painesville, Ohio, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Otis and Eva Marie Welch (Brainard); and his siblings, Mona, Raymond, Tina, Russell and Mark.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Rohrbaugh of Painesville, Trish Newsome (Eddie) of Ashtabula, Angel Webber (Anthony) of Euclid and Christina Ziegler (Jerry) of Painesville; his stepdaughter Jennifer Kelly of East Hartford, Connecticut; and his siblings, Gerry, Tommy, Nat, Annitta, Carol and Gary. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
