She is survived by: her husband Silvio Trifiletti; her daughters, Kristina Baxter (Jerrod) and Juliana Peterson (Dave); her brothers, Tim Chubb (Alma), Terry Chubb (Sandy) and Tom Chubb; and her grandchildren, Marley Baxter, Alexandra Baxter, Annabelle Peterson and Madison Peterson.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Concord, OH 44060).
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hospice of Western Reserve in Patricia's name.
