She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carroll and Dorothy Carroll. She is survived by: her husband Reynold Berkey; her children, Thomas Parkin (Linda), Christy Brettrager (Anthony) and Lisa Thompson (Dale); her grandchildren, Jeremy, David Steener, James, Nicholas Holan, Ray Brettrager, Stacey Thompson, Daniel Thompson (Cheryl) and Joshua Thompson (Rebecca); and her sister Gaye Martin. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
