She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Horvath and Irene Horvath (Scheibelhoffer). She is survived by: her husband Louis Rendek; her sons, Dr. Louis Rendek Jr. (Jill) and Edward Rendek (Lisa); her brother Dr. Dennis Horvath (Pattie); and her grandchildren, Aedan, Ethan, Colin, Karyn and Eddie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
