He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Slocombe and Ruth Slocombe (Ellis); and his siblings, Larry Slocombe, Barbara Michalski, Diane Gombos and Marian Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Slocombe (Zrim); his children, Chris (Kim), Tim (Kaitlin) and Annemarie (Cameron); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Ava, Peter and Myles. He is also survived by his two sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mike's memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
