We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2020, at the age of 78, Mathew Crnjak (Painesville, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew D. Crnjak and Mary Crnjak (Weisser); his wife Regina Crnjak (Square); and his brother Dennis Crnjak. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Crnjak Busher (Joe), Deb Crnjak Puffenberger (Jim), Dawn Crnjak and Kim Crnjak Thomas (Kevin); his grandchildren, Joey, Karrah Busher, Grayson Gill and Trevor Thomas; and his significant other Terri Reichard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Mathew's memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to any Lake County Animal Shelter.
