She was predeceased by: her father William; her daughter Deborah Kay Smith; and her close friend Kenneth Coursen. She is survived by: her sons, Dave Smith of Canton and Michael Smith of Painesville; her granddaughter Nicole Booze of Columbus; her great grandchild Gracie Booze; and her siblings, Terry, Donald May and Gloria Boothe of Massillon.
