She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Closky and Dorothy Closky; her husband Leroy Lutes; and her brother Bill Closky. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Vargo (Dan), Lee M. Lutes (Jaime), Tammi Grzybowski (Gregory) and Sheri Smith (Randy); her grandchildren, Melissa Vargo, Kelly Green (Jason), Ian Grzybowski, Michael Lutes (Alison), Kendra Lutes and Jordyn Smith; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jonathan and Lottie; and her sister Dorothy Leveno.
