He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian King (Donnelly) and Roy E. King; his wife Yolanda (Coladangelo); his sister Ellen Fogel; his daughter Kathleen Blaser (Jack); and his grandson Matthew Slavkovsky.
He is survived by: his sister Vera Kovacs; his children, Laura Slavkovsky (David) and Daniel (Helen); his grandchildren, Sharon Banks (David), John Blaser (Johanna), Jeffrey Slavkovsky, Rachel Wilson (Stephen) and Marilyn Banes (Duncan); and his great grandchildren, Max Porter, Grace Porter (Kyle Novak), Summerlyn, Wyatt, Autumn Slavkovsky, Evelyn Banes and Archer Wilson.
The family asks that there be no donations made in his memory, only that good wishes and memories be shared via Jakubs-Waite Funeral Home website or by mail.
