He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauren H. Reichard and Isabelle Reichard (Schmidt); and his siblings, Janet Barlow, Robert, James and Richard Reichard.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Reichard (Gall); his children, Rebbekah Walters (Ronald) and Daniel Reichard; his brother Thomas Reichard (Terri); and his grandchildren, Amber and Ronnie Walters.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Perry First Baptist Church (3918 Main St, Perry, OH 44081). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Perry Cemetery (3840 Middle Ridge Rd, Perry, OH 44081).
