She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aiden, Owen, Colin, Isaac and Lucas; her pets, Brutus, Daisy Mae and Stormy; her husband Randy Phillips of North Perry, OH; her children, Melissa Hull (Jeff) of Madison, OH, Shannon Seifreit (Nick) and Daniel Phillips of Cleveland, OH; her siblings, Dennis Hines (Linda) of Ashtabula, Gary Hines of Trumbull Township, Jeanne Myers (Samuel) of Trumbull Township and Phyllis Wilcox of Trumbull Township; and her friend Tina Hines.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to Hospice of the Western Reserve and the American Cancer Society.
