He was predeceased by: his father Steven Fanti; and his grandmother Nancy Fanti. He is survived by: his son Case Fanti; his wife Courtney Fanti; his mother Amy Vernick (Glen); his siblings, Joel Fanti (Rachael), Jacob Vernick and Jessie DeLisle (Matthew); and his grandparents, Art, Doris West, Paul Fanti (Andrea), Don and Lyn Vernick.
