He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Ann and Katherine Ann; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Slattery; his siblings, Lois Hiller, Mary, Paul, William, Steven J. (Maria) and Patricia Susan Grigsby; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Brown, Bailey, Steven T., Katy Mae, Emma Rae, Donovan Webster, Kathleen, Daniel, Margaret and Matthew Grigsby.
