He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Burhenne and Florence I. Burhenne. He is survived by: his wife Linda Burhenne; his children, Dr. Rebecca Burhenne, Jeffrey D. Burhenne (Kimberly), Elizabeth A. Brooks (Kevin), Timothy J. Burhenne (Melissa Mongrella), Michael S. Burhenne (Krystal) and Abigail G. Hollada (Brett); and his brothers, Thomas Burhenne (Diane) and Robert Burhenne (Patti). He is also survived by grandchildren.
