He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy and Pauline Rose; his uncle Greg Mullins; and his aunt Debbie Mullins. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Rose and Teresa Rose; his aunt Brenda Rose; his uncles, Tom Rose (Cindy), Gary Mullins, Gordon Mullins (Chrissy) and Sean Mullins; and his grandparents, Charles and Betty Mullins.
