He was predeceased by: his mother LaDonna Dottore; and his grandmother Mary Alice LeVeck. He is survived by: his children, Je'mya Suber, Chase LeVeck, Linden LeVeck, Camden LeVeck and Colton LeVeck.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his honor to his daughter, Je'mya Suber to help cover expenses.
