He was predeceased by: his father George Evans; his son Timothy Evans; and his siblings, George, Thomas and Patty Tecil.
He is survived by: his wife Janet (Ellenburg); and his children, James T. Evans (Donna), Jennifer Hogan (Jack), Tina Teixeira (Anthony) and Evie Evans. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
