It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Daugherty of Painesville, Ohio, born in Bergholz, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Daugherty (Wagner) and Frank Daugherty; his wife Beatrice "Bea"; his son-in-law Robert Muzzio; and his siblings, Fred Daugherty, Frank Daugherty and Betty Jackson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Daugherty-Miller and Mona Dunlap-Muzzio; his grandchildren, Jaynie, Joshua, Mandee, Kevin, Scott, Todd and Wendy; and his close friend Sue West. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; many nieces, and nephews.
