She is survived by: her daughter Cindi Smith (Randy Burns); her grandchildren, Dylan Smith (Becka), Apryl Palmer (Joseph) and Jeremiah "J. D."; her great grandchildren, Lizzy Smith and Casen Palmer; and her siblings, Tim Lohr and Jane Burt.
