He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Silbaugh and Dolly Silbaugh (Dean); his sister-in-law Sandra Oaks; his mother-in-law Josephine Young; and his stepfather-in-law Anthony Bernardi.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene (Dye); his children, Glenn T. Silbaugh (AnDao), Kerry S. Silbaugh (Amy C.), Carla Reynolds (Jerome) and Ryan G. Silbaugh (Jenny); his grandchildren, Tia Silbaugh, Kara Silbaugh, Brooke Silbaugh, Grace Silbaugh, Tatum Silbaugh, Nicholas Reynolds and Vincent Reynolds; his siblings, Alice M. Bolen (late Donald), Rex Silbaugh (Ky) and Kay Morrison; and his siblings-in-law, Twila Young, Marian Butterfield and George "Bud" Dye. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
