She was predeceased by: her son Willard "Butch" Leonard, Jr.; her stepsons, Guy, Ronny and Johnny Leonard; and her siblings, Margie Leonard, Eddie, Billy and Donny Gallagher.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Phillips, Vickie Clark (Gary), Patty Moore and Frank Leonard (Chris); her stepchildren, Mary Waltz (Bob), Angel Sandor, Linda McAtee (Tom) and Shane Leonard (Heather); and her brother Micky Gallagher. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
