Eleanor Louise Herzog Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Louise Herzog (Painesville, Ohio), who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Herzog; her daughter Lynn Herzog; her daughter-in-law Vickie Herzog; her granddaughter Sherri Herzog; and her sister Betty Rohrs.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Herzog (Katie), Alan Herzog and Joan Schlauch (John); her grandchildren, John Schlauch (Jo), Eric Schlauch (Natalia), Brandon Herzog (Catherine), Christine Wilson (Eric), Lori Herzog and Michael Herzog; and her stepsons, Ronald Wetzel (Kylie) and Adam Wetzel.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory (368 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made to the Perry Senior Center in her memory.
